1.) What are some words you use– or hear others use– to describe “unhealthy” versus “healthy” foods? (EX: “whole” food vs. “junk” food)
2.) How do you feel about yourself after you’ve eaten what you consider to be a “bad” food– especially in terms of how your body looks?
3.) What does “balance” look like to you when it comes to “good” foods and “bad” foods?
